
The aim is to support SEE economies in elaborating and implementing policies to promote investment and private sector investment and development to support economic competitiveness and growth. Also, bringing diverse stakeholders together to move regional processes forward, the OECD also has advised on effective policy implementation, innovative practices, stronger capacities and integrated strategies on a local level.
SEECEL continues to mobilise collective efforts and participation in addressing issues related to the entrepreneurial learning agenda under the Small Business Act of Europe. SEECEL was indicated as an example of a good entrepreneurial practice in South East part of Europe and as such was praised by distinguished Harvard University professor.
