ELP Implementation

The Entrepreneurial Learning Package (ELP) is a framework for implementation of entrepreneurial learning consisting of defined learning outcomes, teaching and learning methods and assessment methods and offers a solution to the systematic approach to teacher training and school management.

The piloting process currently underway is a crucial step to define specific methods to implement the ELP while fully respecting all the national organisational and operational specifics of SEECEL member states.

In this process, the pilot institutions themselves play a crucial role as they will provide important feedback on practical and feasible solutions for implementation.
 
Starting on 17 January and running until late February, SEECEL staff will travel to SEECEL member states to meet with pilot institution representatives, Steering Committee members and national experts to review the implementation of the ELP through Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM) meetings.


The dates for these meetings are as follows:

Kosovo* – 17th January
Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia – 18th January
Serbia – 24th January
Albania – 2nd February
Turkey – 6th and 8th February
Montenegro – 14th February
 
The first SEECEL ROM took place in Kosovo* on 17 January with representatives of all pilot institutions. SEECEL staff also met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade and Industry Mimoza Kusari  Lila who said that: „we fully support regional cooperation established within SEECEL as it is fully in line with our national priorities to strenghten entrepreneurial learning as a key competence in all levels and forms of education and training in order to foster competitive SMEs and support smart and sustainable economic growth and development.“
