MoU between Chamber of the Western Balkans Investment Forum and SEECEL
Following the Joint Statement of representatives of chambers of commerce of the Western Balkans in August this year to actively participate in the platform SEECEL, KIF members included promotion of entrepreneurial learning to their development projects, in collaboration with SEECEL and according to the Small Business Act for Europe.
In the next two days, on 22 – 23 October 2015, the Economic Conference “The Efficiency of the EU Accession Process and Improvement of Regional Competitiveness” was held also in organization of Chamber of Economy of Montenegro.
Efka Heder, SEECEL Director was among speakers invited to panel discussion on topic Education, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, during which she shared rich experience that SEECEL gained by implementing projects related to lifelong entrepreneurial learning in South Eastern European countries for many years now.
More than 400 government officials, business community representatives and public professionals from the Balkans region attended the Conference which was opened by Milo Đukanović, Prime Minister of Montenegro.
