Brussels, 20-21 January, 2014 – First interactive workshops on 'Entrepreneurship360' were organised by the European Commission Directorae-General for Education, Culture and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and LEED Programme (Local Economic and Employment Development).

Key partners and experts in the field were brought together by The International Stakeholder Group to gain input into the conceptual development of a framework of the ‘Entrepreneurship360’ instrument.

The aim of this tool is to support and encourage the development of more entrepreneurial educational institutions in the schools and vocational education across Europe. The instrument should provide a tangible contribution to the Europe 2020 objectives of sustainable economic growth and employment. This is increasingly important as levels of unemployment and particularly youth unemployment, rise across Europe.

SEECEL’s Director, Ms Efka Heder, attended the interactive workshops. She was accompanied by Ms Maja Ljubić, Assistant Director.
