Heder actively participated in panel discussion on the regional skills agenda and cooperation.
Participants invited from the SEET countries were representatives of ministries and/or executive agencies in charge of education, training and employment, employers’ organisations, trade unions and other stakeholders, as well as specialists from the European, international and regional organisations.
