Ten elementary schools in Serbia participated in a contest for best business plan

Belgrade, 20 June 2014 - The European Business School “Milutin Milanković” Awards, supported by the municipality of Rakovica, for the business plans prepared by the elementary school students on the topic, “Belgrade on the water”, were presented at the Radio Television Serbia Gallery (RTS).

Ten elementary schools participated in the contest. First grade students of the European Business Schools acted as mentors in the workshops and at the actual competition.

The jury composed of the audit firm, "Ernest & Young" and Belgrade Banking Academy decided that the first prize will be shared between the Elementary School "Veselin Masleša" for “The traveling classroom on the water” and the Elementary School "Mika Petrović Alas" for the "Sparrow”. The judges agreed that other schools deserve praise.

At the end of the event, an agreement was signed signifying the cooperation between the European Business School and the Serbian Academy of Sciences.

SEECEL would like to congratulate both, the Elementary School "Veselin Masleša" and the Elementary School "Mihailo Petrović Alas" for this recognition and is proud and honoured to have them in SEECEL’s Regional Network of Entrepreneurial Schools (E'Ship Net) for ISCED 2 level of education.
